Roan is a generously sized rectangular wrap/oversized super-cozy scarf. Only one color is worked at a time; with the textured hem utilizing the slip-stitch method. The wrap is worked in two pieces and grafted together at the center back.

The pattern can be easily modified for size. Other weights of yarn, such a light fingering or fingering could be used. However, this may affect needle size, gauge, and yardage requirements.

The sample is shown in The Verdant Gryphon’s Mithril.
MC: The Setup (Fierce Snake equiv.)
CC: Dolce Far Niente (Alderfly equiv.)
