• Create a magic circle (or magic ring)

• Crocheting in a round

• Crocheting in rows

• Decrease stitches (invisible decreasing is used for this project)

• Sewing pieces together to form the doll

Materials Needed for this Project:

• Size G/7 or 4.25mm Crochet Hook

• Size E/5 or 3.50mm Crochet Hook (for comb, beak, wattle, legs, feet, and tail feathers)

• Yarn Needle

• Stitch Marker

• Scissors

• Polyester Fiberfill

• Stuffing Tool

• Red Heart Super Saver Solids yarn—1 skein for each color
o White for head
o Pumpkin for beak
o Cherry Red for comb and wattle
o Bright Yellow for body and wings
o Black for eyes, legs, and feet
o Blue for two tail feathers
o Paddy Green for middle tail feather
