Robin
Another favourite garden bird - that I think(?) is universal - please do tell me if not!
However our UK one represents Christmas… in other places across and around the globe, it’s a harbinger of Spring - which is why he’s here in full red-breasted glory!
AND - It is a #freebeefridayknits knit - but not as you know it!
It’s a 2-parter - like many a good series - they always have a two-parter amongst their scheduling - right!?
This one is the first part so it’s only free from 11.00am BST to 11.00pm BST - the other one follows (already subscribed subscribers to my newsletter get them both by the way! - here’s the link - www.tinyurl.com/yax6xluw for the future…
My little bird is knitted in one piece - from beak to tail then back to beak - using fine Alpaca yarn doubled up using two colours at once to create subtle tones
I’ve added clear ‘how to make and finish’ images within the pattern…
Note: If you’d like to receive a free pattern from me once monthly then please feel free to sign up for my newsletter - www.tinyurl.com/yax6xluw
