Crochet these cute, quick, and easy robin baubles. Perfect little last minute decorations for your Christmas tree, gifts, or craft fairs!

You can use any type or weight of yarn you like, just keep to the same weight for each colour. Your chosen yarn weight and hook size will determine your finished bauble size.

Exact gauge is not important. Try to keep your stitches fairly tight so that the stuffing doesn’t show through, adjusting you hook size if needed.

I have created some with Aran/Worsted weight acrylic yarn and 5mm hook measuring approximately 2” in diameter.I have also made some using Chunky/Bulky weight yarn and 6mm hook measuring approximately 2.5” in diameter.

You will need:
Any yarn weight in the following colours (same weight for each colour): Red or Orange, Beige, Brown, and Yellow.
Recommended hook size for yarn weight (eg. 5mm for Worsted weight, 6mm for Bulky),
Safety eyes (I have used 6mm for my Aran/Worsted weight size and 8mm for my Chunky/Bulky size).
Toy Stuffing (Polyester fibrefill),
Yarn needle & Scissors.
Optional - Stitch Marker.
