Robin’s Lullaby is a pattern that I created for some of my leftover dream in color yarns, and I wanted to try out some of my new lace skills. What better way than to make some Christmas gifts that are beautiful to look at as well as wear?

Just to let you know, this is not a super in-depth pattern. I pretty much just tell you what I did to create these gloves and then there are a few links that will help beginners with stitches that I use for the patterns if you are new to ribbing, stockinette or the feather and fan lace pattern.

I made these in two days, blocking and seaming included. They’re a quick and fun knit, and I would suggest this as a first-time project to those that are new to lace and want to do a little more than yarn-overs.
