This is a pattern to crochet a child size hat inspired by Transformers Bumblebee.

Materials:
• Yarn (worsted weight 4) yellow (I used Red Heart Bright Yellow. The 7 oz size could make 2 hats), light periwinkle, black, light gray.
• Crochet hook size H8/5.00mm
• Yarn needle
• Fiberfill
• Stitch markers

Crochet stitches and abbreviations used:
• Ch – chain
• Sc – single crochet
• Sl st – slip stitch
• Sctog – single crochet together for decrease
• Hdc – half double crochet
• Hdctog – half double crochet together for decrease
• Dc – double crochet

Embroidery stitches used:
• Straight stitch
• Whip stitch

Finished size: will fit head up to 18” - 20” circumference
