Rock-A-Bye-Baby
Rock-A-Bye-Baby
“The Real Mother Goose” published in 1916
Rock-a-bye-baby, thy cradle is green;
Father’s a nobleman, mother’s a queen;
And Aggy’s a lady, and wears a gold ring;
And Johnny’s a drummer, and drums for the king.
Slightly larger than my Luck, Love and Lullabies, so more of a baby blanket.
Main pattern is Knit and the border is Crochet
Pattern is written for magic looping for the first 18 rounds, then goes to a single circular needle, using a zipper joined crochet method, then multiple rounds of a crochet border.
Pattern is very detailed with a photo tutorial of over 40 images, to guide you easily through this project.
