Rock Garden Cardigan
This little cardigan is classic enough to go from day to evening and easy enough to work up quickly. Seed stitch trims the edges, waist shaping and raglan armhole shaping create a refined fit. Two decorative buttons add a feminine touch to front edge.
Work the body in one piece to the beginning of the armholes. The sleeves are worked in the round to the 3/4-length. From there, the pieces are joined to work the yoke back and forth in one piece. The only seams are at the underarms, so finishing is quick and easy.
The soy yarn has a great hand that reminds one of cotton or a cotton/linen blend.
