Rock the Kasbah
Inspired by our virtual tour of Morocco (available as a separate .pdf file), this large and sumptuous triangular shawl is worked in 2 colors with some amazingly simple mosaics and optional beadwork.
Originally released as the first pattern in our year of Mystery Shawls, this exquisite shawl is knitted while we get to know all about Morocco and it’s amazing inspirational cities and people.
Our lovely shawl is created two contrasting colors of fingering weight yarn. Beading is optional, but a great introduction to using beads.
Once again our friends at Stunning String Studio are offering “Rock the Kasbah” MKAL yarn kits including beads, stitch markers and yarn in your choice of amazing colors.
The shawl discussions will be in the Wild Prairie Knits group, so come and join us.
This pattern is knitCompanion® supported. What does that mean?
