Instructions include the following sizes:

0-3 months: recommended for heads measuring 13-14.5”

3-6 months: recommended for heads measuring 14.5-16”

6-12 months: recommended for heads measuring 16.5-18”

12-24 months: recommended for heads measuring 18-19.5”
