Inspired by the classic summertime treat, the Rocket Pop Socks feature a repeating colorwork motif that is reminiscent of the beloved rocket popsicles purchased from ice cream trucks of old. A slip-stitch pattern adds a bit of texture to the pops. These socks are worked cuff-to-toe in the ideal superwash sock yarn.

Yarn SweetGeorgia Yarns Bulletproof Sock (50% superwash merino wool, 20% nylon, 15% silk, 15% mohair; 437 yd 400 m/3½ oz 100 g): slate (gray; MC), cherry (red; A), snowfall (white; B), sapphire (blue; C), and biscuit (gold; D), 1 skein each.

Needles Sizes 2½ (3 mm) and 3 (3.25 mm). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions Markers (m); stitch holder; tapestry needle.

Gauge 36 sts and 44 rnds = 4” in St st on smaller needles.
