Rockin' Robin Socks
The Rockin’ Robin Sock pattern is inspired by delicate Robin’s footprints in the crisp winter snow.
The pattern is a top down sock with heel flap and gusset instructions and includes charted and written instructions. It is written for both 4ply / fingering weight yarn and DK yarn. The pattern features an especially squishy double cuff (4ply version only) created using a provisional cast on, Robin’s feet created using simple two stitch cables and a slip stitch border which blends nicely into your main colour. The heel flap also has a delicate feather design which can also be worked over the top of the foot.
On the Craft House Magic YouTube channel there are tutorials on the provisional cast on and cabling without a cable needle to help with this pattern. See link below for full list of tutorials. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLWLI7aBzWHB8u_SRmN...
