The yardage seems like a lot, but you really need about 5 different colours. the main colour will need about 400-650 yards, and the contrasting colours will all need about 100-200 yards each. The design is fully charted, with charts from the front, back and sleeves. You might enjoy using the charts for other types of knits, too!
