“MY DESIGN of linked diamonds was inspired by beautiful Rococo styles found in the Wallace Collection in London,” says Emma Vining. This short, sleeveless top has a twisted stitch design on a reverse stocking stitch background. Beginning with a twisted stitch rib, the links emerge, then extend to the neighbouring diamonds. The last diamonds finish just below the front neckline. The shoulders and upper body are worked in reverse stocking stitch.
