ROHUKÜLA Fair Isle Scarf
Finally, I have finished this beauty! Almost 2 meters long, made from pure alpaca wool, very warm and soft. This scarf took many hours of work and was particularly difficult with the color scheme. But it turned out quite nicely in the end, didn’t it? Its name is ROHUKÜLA, in honor of a tiny but very dear to me village in western Estonia.
The ROHUKÜLA scarf pattern comes as a PDF with written instructions, charts and photos which you can download immediately after the payment. It prints onto A4 or US Letter paper. You will need a program such as Adobe Reader to access it (see adobe.com).
This is easy/intermediate level knitting pattern; the following skills are required: Cast on, Knit, Circular Knitting, Color Knitting, Bind off. This scarf is a great design to practise your Fair Isle knitting. As it’s knitted in the round, you knit pattern on the right side only.
All measurements are given in US and metric. Scarf is knitted in one piece. Furthermore full pattern support is available by message or email.
