Roisin Beret
by Jane Howorth
This lovely beret combines the traditional Irish Rose motif with a stylish, contemporary design.
Made in one piece from the centre outwards, rounds of petals are built up to create this stunning beret.
The design uses linked treble (US: linked double) stitches to form a sturdy fabric that will keep its shape.
Roisin (pronounced Ro – sheen), means ‘little rose’, and is an apt name for this hat.
You will need about 375m of DK weight yarn.
