About an ounce of DK yarn is all that is needed so it can be a stash buster, too. After all, the dolls will need one in every color.

Because this is a plain knit, it would be easy to add details to change the appearance by adding stripes, knitting with patterned yarn, or adding a purl stitch detail in the front center. You could even add a cable or two.
