Rolling Waves Scarf
A gently undulating stitch pattern combined with contrasting colors creates this dynamic “skinny” scarf. Working into the front loop only adds the appearance of raised and recessed lines.
This pattern was originally published in the Weekend Crochet 2013 issue of Love of Crochet.

Materials
Cascade 220 Superwash (100% superwash wool, 3.5 oz/100 g, 220 yd/201 m) – 1 skein each in 892 Space Needle (CA), 1948 Mystic Purple (CB), 1967 Wisteria (CC), or approximately 220 yd (201 m) in CA, 150 yd (137 m) in CB, and 110 yd (100 m) in CC in any medium weight yarn.
US H-8/5 mm crochet hook, or any size needed to obtain correct gauge.
Yarn needle.
Gauge
18 sts in pattern = 4” (10 cm). Exact gauge is not critical for this project.
