This pattern has been available from Renaissance Dyeing as a kit from 29th July 2010. The pattern is a downloadable PDF and the wool is supplied by Renaissance Dyeing.
This is a traditional 10-inch tam and the design was inspired by the medieval story of the Romance of the Rose. It is worked in one piece from the band inwards using two and occasionally three colours to a row.
The charts may be printed in colour if you have access to a colour printer, but if not they are keyed so you can work from a b/w copy.
