Romance Stole
This Shawl was my entry for the Claudia Handpaint Shawl competition 2011.
I was delighted to find that I won the honorable mention prize in the professional catagory and recieved some awesome prizes from some very generous sponsors
The pattern in knitted in two parts which Kitcherener together. This means that the two ends are symetrical.
The pattern contains nupps and beads if you really hate nupps and some people do apparently, you could substitute beads for the nupps but I would suggest that you use either larger of different coloured beads in order to make the pattern work.
The Sample shown in the pattern is knitted in Claudia Handpaint Laceweight Silk in colourway Chocolat with smoky amethyst seed beads
the pattern will require approx 600 no 8 seed beads and they are applied using the crochet hook method
