One of my customers wrote me the brim of this hat reminds her of a Christmas garland. Well, the beanie looks quite festive! Available in 2 variations: regular and messy bun.
Some crocheting tips:
✔️ Use fingering (or light fingering) yarn to make this hat. I used Begonia YarnArt (165 - 175 yards (151 - 160 m)).
✔️ Use a glitter yarn for making a dressy hat. Looks amazing!
✔️ Use a 2 mm hook (or less). Stitches should be close. Perhaps more close than you usually do.
✔️ If the gauge doesn’t mutch, take another yarn or hook size.
✔️ You can add some rounds in the middle of the work (between top and brim) to make the depth longer (if it is necessary).
✔️ Be sure to wet the finished product and dry it on a dummy (or a ball that matches the size of the head).
