About This Pattern
This dreamy design uses the assigned colour-pooling technique created and pioneered by Dawn Barker of Barker Wool.

The way assigned pooling yarn and patterns work is you have two colours in your skein: a background colour (typically 3/4 of your skein) and a contrast colour (typically 1/4 of your skein). For this project you will knit a simple diagonal lace pattern with your background colour and will use your contrast colour to embellish it with scattered cluster stitches.

Pattern Support
This pattern has been written and structured in a way that supports all levels of knitting experience. This includes:

  • A very clear, tabular layout.
  • Detailed stitch counts for all row repeats.
  • Schematics.
  • Video support on how to make the cluster stitches and where to place them on your work.
  • How to modify the pattern for different types of yarn.

Supplies
For this project you will need:

  • 2 skeins of Assigned Pooling Yarn (100g/366m)
  • 3.75mm needles
  • 2.5mm cable needle

Notes on Pricing/Currency
I price my patterns according to level of complexity and/or amount of work that has gone into producing a pattern. My free patterns tend to be very simple designs with very simple patterns.

I have customers from all over the world, so I sell in USD - a currency that most people will recognise the value of. If you would prefer to pay in AUD, please head to my website and purchase this pattern there. Downloads from my website will come with a Ravelry code so you can download a copy to your library.

Times are tough and I have the capacity to provide up to 5 free patterns a month to anyone who can’t squeeze new patterns into their budget. This is a no questions asked process - just send me an email at knittedbyjacquiverbeek@gmail.com requesting a free pattern. If I have any available, I’ll send you a Ravelry download code.
