Romber och granater! is a double-knitted scarf with a pattern instantly capturing the eye.

It may look advanced, but you’ll quickly get into the rhythm of the pattern, making it an easy and fun pattern to work, even if you aren’t an experienced double knitter yet.

Included in the instructions is a crash course to double knitting as a technique, as are links to tutorial videos showing you all the techniques needed to work the pattern.

For a scarf that is 21 cm wide and 155 cm long (8½’’ wide and 5’ 1’’ long) you need 4 balls of yarn of each colour (I used “Natural white” (0075) and “Charcoal” (1830) but of course you do you).
Length but even width can be easily adjusted.

I recommend DPNs or a circular needle. Otherwise a pair of scissors and a tapestry needle is all you need, even if a couple of markers, a row counter and some extra DPNs (ideally in a smaller size) will make working the pattern even easier.
