Romber och granater! (the next level) is a double-knitted scarf with a pattern instantly capturing the eye.

With its tilted pattern it is more advanced than Romber och granater! (no next level).
If you are new to double knitting, I would recommend for you to chose that pattern instead and to get back to this “next level”-version later.

Nonetheless, even this version has the same rhythm of the basic pattern, making it possible to let go of the charts and let the scarf fly off your needles.

For a scarf that is 17,5 cm wide and 155 cm long (7’’ wide and 5’ 1’’ long) you need 4 balls of yarn of each colour (I used “Natural white” (0075) and “Charcoal” (1830) but of course you do you).
The length is easily adjustable every 20 cm (7 7/8’’).

I recommend DPNs or a circular needle. Otherwise a pair of scissors and a tapestry needle is all you need, even if a couple of markers and a row counter will make working the pattern even easier.
