Rombi Beaded Cuffs were inspired by ethnic patterns of Latvian/Lithuanian mittens and wristwarmers. The simple geometric design is enhanced by the interplay of beads in two complementary colours. The cuffs are knit sideways in garter stitch with beads pre-threaded onto the yarn and placed between stitches.

This is a quick and easy project, great for a last minute gift. The pattern is suitable for knitters of all skill levels. The beading and grafting techniques are demonstrated in video tutorials.

This pattern was originally released in 2018. It has been fully revamped in 2024, bringing it more up-to-date with my current pattern writing standard.

In the updated pattern you will find

☑︎ new row-by-row bead stringing sequence
☑︎ 3 options for seaming the cuff
☑︎ more video tutorials
☑︎ how to tackle bead errors
