You will need a size US 2.5 (3.0 mm) circular needle, no longer than 16” (40 cm) OR a set of double pointed needles in this size.

You will also need a set of double pointed nttedles in size US 5 (3.75 mm)

Finished measurements: 19” (48 cm) in circumference, 7.75”(20 cm) high above eye opening and the ribbing measures 10.5” (27 cm) long.
