This pattern is inspired by color motif of patterned mittens found on Kihnu island, Estonia. Pattern includes knitting chart. You can make this shawl as long or as wide as you like, but includes recommended size/number of stitches too. Lace edge pattern is not included.

Yarn and needle recommendation
Yarn: Lace weight 2/28 (1400m/1531yds per 100 g)
The recommended needle size for lace knitting is 1,5mm-3mm depending on your personal preference for tension for lace. Sample on picture above is knitted with 2,75mm needles.
