Root Vegetables
by Morgan Ford
These little veggies were created to be put up as an Easter/spring bunting for my mom’s house. Really, it was only going to be carrots, but I went a little wild when I remembered that other vegetables exist.
This pattern uses single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, increases, decreases, slip stitch, and color changes.
You will need:
- scrap yarn of similar weights in orange, white, purple, red, and green
- a hook appropriate for the weight of yarn you’re using
- yarn needle
- scissors
If made with sport/worsted yarn and a 3.75mm hook, you’ll get veggies between 2 and 4 inches long.
Enjoy, and feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
