INFO
‘Rope Knots’ has a bit of a nautical flair, with a design inspired by the twisted lines of boat riggings and moorings.

Shown here in a neutral, light beige fiber by the Dutch hand-dyer ‘Wol met Verve,’ this triangular shawl starts with bands of garter and eyelet rows before changing to a broad, dramatic cabled panel. Although the cables look complex, they are actually easy to knit using the charts and written instructions provided.

Neatly finished and ship-shape edges complete the look. Cast on for your own version of ‘Rope Knots,’ and away you go with favorable winds and smooth sailing!
