“Rosalina” is the child size dress/tunic to match the adult “Montrose” and “Melrose” patterns. This “mommy and me” pattern is sport weight, with a top-down, raglan construction. It features a slip stitch pattern at the front and back of the yoke to create a texture similar to smocking. The sleeves are slightly oversized and include a petal hem for the short sleeve version. Bracelet and full-length balloon sleeves are also options. There are alternating leaf pattern options for more advanced testers at the end of pattern.
The 0-6mo to 4-6 y/o sizes are dress length, and the 6-8 y/o size is tunic length. Sample pictured is a 2-4y/o on a 1.5y/o girl.

Motifs are customizable with several options for beginners and more advanced knitters.

Gauge:
24sts over 30 rows per 4” (10cm) for colorwork with 3.75mm and stockinette with 3.25mm
22sts over 34 rows per 4” (10cm) for tighter smocking (slip stitch) on 3.75mm
23sts over 35 rows per 4” (10cm) for looser smocking (slip stitch) on 3.75mm
Motif is 7” long; leaf is 2.5” long
