The Roscoff hat is a sailor-inspired Hat, with a hem and a smaller height than the standard hats. It’is work in 3 parts which are knitted from the bottom up, starting with the hem in rib 1/1, then the straight part (without decreases and in Richelieu rib stitch) and finishing with the base (with a series of 5 rows of decreases, in Richelieu rib stitch, rib 1/1 and stockinette).

Le bonnet Roscoff est un bonnet d’inspiration marin, avec un ourlet et une hauteur plus petite que le standard des bonnets. Il est composé de 3 parties qui sont tricotées de bas en haut en commençant par l’ourlet en côtes 1/1, puis la partie droite (sans diminution et en côtes Richelieu) pour finir par la base (avec une série de 5 rangs de diminutions, en côtes Richelieu, en côtes 1/1 et en jersey).
