I wanted a warm hat for my daughter’s move to NY. She rides a bike so I didn’t want a lot of bulk so she could wear it under her helmet if needed. This hat is double knit in fingering yarn.

Materials:
Size US 2 - 2.75 mm circular needles 16” or DPNs
440 yards/50 grams Fingering yarn in 2 colors (220yds/50gm of each).

Gauge:
7 stitches and 10 rows = 1 inch in Double Knitting
