Rose City Ruched Scarf

This scarf pattern was written to commemorate the 2010 Portland, Oregon Rose City Yarn Crawl! The scarf features alternating ruched sections for reversibility and 5 “faux” long stem roses at each end in honor of the the City of Roses.
The pattern is written for 4 different weights of yarn - worsted, DK, sport, and fingering. Corresponding needle sizes respectively are US 5 and 9 for worsted, US 4 and 8 for DK, US 3 and 7 for Sport, US 2 and 6 for fingering.
