I used 3 balls of Noro Kureyon #153 and 1 skein of a beautiful merino/silk handspun by my friend, Sandrine from Tricofolk. You can see the skein, Bois de Rose, on her website.

The pattern is for the scarf and the beanie and is very easy. It can suit a crochet beginer.
