This is a PATTERN, a step-by-step tool, to make a CUTE Rose Flower Headwrap.

The pattern comes with all sizes: Newborn, 1-3 months, 3-6 months, 6-12 months, 12 month-child, and adult.

Basic crochet knowledge is needed: Single crochet, half-double crochet, slip stitch, chain.
