Let’s knit a Romantic sweater together for free !

This sweater has a distinctive floral design on the upper part of the body and has a combination of ribs and “ladder” stitch on the lower part and the sleeves.

It is worked inthe round from top to bottom and has a distinctive puffed fit on the body and the sleeves.

The finished sweater is 53cm/20.9in wide by 59 cm/23.2in high for the body and 85cm/33.5in for the sleeves which fits a M/L size.
Intructions are provided to adapt it for smaller or bigger sizes.

For the pictured model, I used two strands of brushed alpaca silk to make the lace part look cozy but also modern.

To knit it, you’ll need a set of circular and double-pointed needles 6mm/US10 and 4.5mm/US7 and around 10 balls of brushed alpaca silk.

As the needles are quite big, this project is a pretty fast one but the final result is stuning.
