Rose, Vieng Ping
Vieng Ping is the traditional name of my hometown, Chiang Mai - that sits in the edge of the Himalaya, in north Thailand. This roses flourish in the Chiang Mai climate, and come in several colors.
Roses are medium in size, and are ideal for home and table decoration, brooches, or hat / bag applique. They are lush and attractive, and when made in several colors will make a beautiful bouquet.
Skill Level : Beginner :)
Following the tutorial and using the recommended thread/hook, you will make a ~2.5” (6.3cm) wide, ~1.9” (4.8cm) high. The smaller hook you use the smaller the flower you’ll get, bigger hooks will make bigger flowers - you control the size!
Included here :
- Vieng Ping Rose Diagrams (Diagrams for 2 different petals, head and sepal. In all 4 different diagrams).
- Instructions in American Standard Terms for all included diagrams.
- A 12 page tutorial including Step by Step instructions on how to make this item (including high quality photos @ 300dpi). Tutorial separates the diagrams and patterns for easy printing.
