I named this pattern after Rose Weasley, because I think it is the sort of thing Molly might have made for her granddaughter. Warm and rustic, the A-line shaping, flared sleeves and slightly pointed hood are designed to mimic a scaled back version of witches’ robes, whilst still being a comfortable garment to wear and play in, and simple to make.
The suggested yarn is what I used, but most acrylic DK brands can be substitued, the gauge is a little looser than most ball bands display, so you may need to try different needle sizes. You will need approximately 300m of each colour (2), though having a little spare would be wise.
Although worked flat, I do recommend using a circular needle to accommodate the yoke.
The cardigan is mostly worked in stripes of garter stitch with a small section of stranded colourwork which is charted.

The pattern is best viewed on a desktop or laptop, or using the google drive app, as I have found the chart appears blurry in Safari.I

Though I have checked carefully for mistakes, I have not been able to find testers, so I will take on board any feedback you have.
