Hook: 6.00mm / US J crochet hook.
Always use a hook size that will result in the correct gauge after blocking.

Gauge: 11 sts & 5 rows = 10cm / 4” over double crochet with yarn held double using 6mm hook after blocking.
1 granny square measures 11.5cm / 4¾” diameter after blocking.

Pattern Information: This bag is constructed by first crocheting eight granny squares and then joining with a whip stitch. After all squares are joined, you will pick up and crochet stitches along the top and bottom to create the top border and body of the bag. After crocheting the body, you will finish off with a whip stitch join.
