Rose Wristlets
Rose Wristers are featured in the book Faerie Knitting. An advanced level project, the wristers are worked in the round using dpns and double knitting technique. Magic happens when the work is turned inside out and the colors reverse. Magic Loop or 2 circulars may also be used, or the wristers can be knit flat and seamed.
Co-written with New York Times best selling author Alice Hoffman, Faerie Knitting is and entrancing collection of stories of love and loss, trust and perseverance. Seamlessly woven into the plot of each tale is a magical garment or accessory inspired by the bravery and self-reliance of the tale’s heroine and brought to life through an imaginative and bespoke knitting pattern.
