When brainstorming for pattern ideas, it seemed obvious to turn to rosemary: it’s one of my favorite herbs (for looking at and for eating), and it has a simple yet elegant form. From that intention came these socks, with a subtle cable design made to stand out more by the purled background.

Socks shown in photos are size medium, knit in Fibercurio’s Oxford sock yarn, in colorway Blue Spruce.

Any sock yarn of your choosing will work, though green yarn is recommended. Sizes given are in 60, 72, and 84 stitches around, respectively. Gauge not critical.
