Roseneath is a simple textured beanie, named for the road that leads to Tarndie – the birthplace of Polwarth Wool. Light, warm, and easy to knit, Roseneath has five flexible sizes to cover everyone from babies to boofheads. Choose a single colour for a reversible beanie, or mix it up with a second. Roseneath will keep your noggin toasty without weighing you down.

Fit:
Roseneath is a stretchy beanie, designed to fit a wide range of head circumferences. Sizes are given as a guide. Depth is customisable.

Sized to fit head circumference of:
Baby: up to 47cm/18.5”
Small Child: up to 50cm/19.75“
Large Child: up to 53cm/20.75”
Adult: up to 56cm/22”
Large Adult: up to 61cm/24”

Tarndie sells their beautiful 4ply Polwarth in 45g balls or 150g skeins. The pattern calls for two 45g balls, although children’s sizes will only use one, depending on the knitter’s tension. Stock up on extra if you’d like a pompom though.
