Rosier is the classic, no cutting, sister of the Rosier Cardigan. The sweater is quite conventional in its construction. Knit in the round, from the top-down, with colourwork charts all over. The split hem, cropped length, and high collar give it some extra personality.

Have fun creating a colour palette for the colourwork using little scraps and minies, gradients, different weight yarns. There is no rule, play with it. You can double up your main colour with a mohair-silk thread, could even change colour within one leaf motif…You can omit the colourwork for the body and sleeves. Grab a warm drink and let’s get knitting.

Le chandail Rosier est le petit frère classic, sans couper, du cardigan Rosier. Sa construction est assez conventionnelle. Il est tricoté du haut vers le bas, avec des chartes de jacquard tout du long. Le ourlet ouvert sur les côtés et son long col lui donne un brin de personnalité.

Amusez-vous à créer une palette pour vos couleurs contrastantes, en réunissant des minis écheveaux, des restants de différents poids de laine, des écheveaux dégradés. Il n’y a pas de règle. Vous pourriez même changer de couleur dans un même motif. Vous pouvez omettre le jacquard pour le corps et les manches, ajouter plus de feuilles… Servez vous un breuvage chaud et à vos aiguilles.
