Roslin is a top-down, seamless pullover with a beautiful pattern that is a combination of cables and lace.
Upper back part is worked first from shoulders to the underarms, then the stitches of the fronts are picked up from the cast on edges of the back shoulders. Front pieces are worked separately to the bottom of the neck then they are joined together and front is worked in one piece to the underarms.
Then the pieces are joined and worked in one piece to the hem.
The stitches of the sleeve caps are picked up around the armholes then they are shaped with short rows.
Sleeves are worked in the round from the underarm to the cuff.
Finally the stitches of the neckband are picked up and they are worked in rib pattern in the round.
The shapings are charted. The charts are uploaded in individual files, separately from the written part of the pattern, you can print out the chart file for your size only.

Gauge
14 sts and 19 rows = 10x10 cm/4”x4” in Stockinette Stitch knit flat with larger needle after blocking
14 sts and 19 rounds = 10x10 cm/4”x4” in Stockinette Stitch knit in the round (sleeves) with larger needle after blocking
Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Kestrel is a heavy yarn with a lot of drape. I would recommend to knit a big enough swatch (at least 15 x 15 cm / 6 x 6”), soak it, then lay it flat, stretch it and pin the edges out. When it is half dry remove the pins and let the fabric relax.
