In addition to that, this pattern may be simply modified to any size you like, no matter how huge or wide. You can also use different yarn weights; however, while doing so, change the crochet hook size to match the size on the yarn label. Slip stitches typically tighten the stitches, making it difficult to pass through your hook. I suggest changing your hook to the size that is most comfortable for you to work on.
