This hat is worked with a marled ribbing (using both strands of yarn), followed by Fair Isle colorwork. The hat uses about 50 gm of DK weight for each color.

The adult size generally fits all, but if you want a more relaxed fit, work the large adult.

The colors of Good Karma Farm’s sport weight are Spruced Goose (main color) and Sea Foam (contrast color), which is a striping yarn. The pattern also works with two solid colors as shown in Good Karma’s Rebel Rebel and When Doves Dye.

An earlier version was worked with sport weight yarn: Imperial Yarn (Natural (main color) and Harvest Rye (contrast color)).
