Materials:
Any sock/fingering weight yarn: approximately 180 g - 560 yards /510 meters

Tools: 3.5 mm (US 4)- 40 cm(16 inch) circular needle, plus a second circular needle of same or smaller size for ease doing the kitchener stitch, tapestry needle, stitch marker

Gauge: Tension is not crucial but aim for approximately 28 sts to 10 cm/ 4 inches over stocking stitch in the round after blocking.

Finished measurements: Approximately 12 inches / 30 centimeters circumference x 60 inches / 153 centimeters long loop
