Round End Fun Fur Scarf
This is a generic pattern that I use for all my fun fur scarves. Unlike most Fun Fur scarf patterns, this doesn’t have a straight edge at either end. Instead it has more rounded ends which I think makes it look more finished. It is a very easy pattern where a beginner can start to learn how to increase and decrease.
I’ve done it using several different widths and needle sizes. If you use a larger needle and single strand, it will be softer and more delicate. I’ve even made a scarf with only 1 ball of Fun Fur using a large size needle (size 17) and narrow width which turned out to be about 45” long. Usually though I need 2 skeins of Fun Fur if I make it a more traditional length with a single strand. Of course, using more than one strand of yarn, requires more skeins as well.
