This Roundel Scarf is worked in plate yarn (Plotulopi) combined with a strand of Einband Lopi. My thought was that the roundels would act as round pieces of armour against the winter winds.

I imagine this pattern would work well in an Artesano Aran as well or chunky Alafoss Lopi. However, I have not tested that theory…
