The pattern has instructions for both cuff down and toe up socks and is written for magic loop, but can easily be modified for double pointed needles.

The toe up socks have Fleegle heel (pictured), the cuff down version uses normal heel flap.

Yarn

100 g of fingering weight yarn, app. 420 m/ 460 per 100g. The sample socks were knitted with Hjertegarn Sock 4 (75% Wool, 25% Nylon) in colourway 836 Olive, 210 m/ 230 yds per 50g.
